Cleaner Quote Calculator is a local-first app for creating, saving and sharing cleaning quotes.
The app does not require an account and does not use an app-owned backend, cloud sync, advertising or analytics.
1. Information stored on your device
Business details, pricing settings, quote drafts, saved quotes, Profit Guard settings and app preferences are stored in the app on your device.
Property photos you choose are copied into app-managed local storage. They are included in a professional PDF only when you explicitly choose to include them.
The app itself does not upload this data to a backend or provide cloud sync. However, your operating system or device-transfer service may include app data in a backup or transfer, depending on the settings of Apple, Google or your device manufacturer.
2. Subscriptions and payments
Subscription purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat helps the app verify subscription status and restore eligible purchases.
Cleaner Quote Calculator does not receive or store your card or bank details. The platform store and RevenueCat handle subscription information under their own privacy policies.
3. Sharing quotes and documents
Nothing is shared automatically. When you choose to share quote text or a PDF, you select the destination using your device’s share controls.
After content leaves the app, the selected service or recipient controls that copy according to its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Your controls
You can edit or remove local content using the controls provided in the app. Uninstalling the app normally removes app-managed local data, but it does not cancel an active store subscription.
Restoring a subscription depends on the platform store account and ecosystem used for the original purchase. Cross-platform restoration is not guaranteed without an app account.
5. Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and its effective date will be updated before the changed behavior is released.
